In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly indicates otherwise:

• "tpn777", "we", "us", "our" refers to the tpn777 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://tpn777.app.
• "Platform" means the tpn777 website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any software applications operated by tpn777.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), excluding any restricted bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or matched deposit amount awarded by tpn777 under a promotional offer and subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" means any bet placed by a Player on a casino game, live dealer table, sportsbook market, or any other wagerable product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or forbidden by applicable law.
• "Applicable Law" means the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction under which tpn777 holds its international gaming licence, together with any applicable data-protection legislation.

To be eligible to open and maintain a tpn777 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by local law. tpn777 targets Indonesian players and operates under an international gaming licence; it is your sole responsibility to confirm that accessing the Platform complies with your local regulations.
3. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of tpn777, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
4. You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by tpn777 for breach of these Terms.
5. You are acting on your own behalf and are not registered as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.

tpn777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable period — ordinarily seven (7) calendar days of the request — may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or household addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid mobile number. You warrant that all information submitted is truthful and undertake to update it promptly if any details change.

tpn777 may, at its sole discretion, decline a registration application without being required to provide reasons. Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued platform access; tpn777 reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue services at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. tpn777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at support@tpn777.app if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Before processing any withdrawal request, tpn777 requires Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure. This process is mandatory, non-negotiable, and is conducted in accordance with tpn777's obligations as an internationally licensed gaming operator.

The standard KYC documents required are:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed copy of a government-issued photo identification document — such as a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM). The document must be valid and not expired.
• Proof of Age: Confirmation that you are aged 21 or over, typically satisfied by your identity document above.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, confirmation that the deposit payment method (bank account, e-wallet, or card) is registered in your name. For BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri accounts, a screenshot or PDF of a recent account statement is sufficient.

tpn777 may also request additional documentation at its discretion, including but not limited to proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement addressed to your registered address in Indonesia) or the source of funds for large deposits.

KYC documents must be submitted through the secure upload facility within your Account dashboard. Documents transmitted by email or third-party services are not accepted for security reasons. tpn777 will process KYC submissions within two (2) to five (5) business days. If we require further information, we will contact you at your registered email address.

tpn777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga bank transfers; and the e-wallets DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or businesses — are not permitted and will be returned to the originating account. Any winnings generated from a third-party deposit may be voided.

tpn777 does not charge any platform-side deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tpn777 accepts no liability. It is your responsibility to verify any applicable fees with your payment provider before initiating a deposit.

Deposits are made for the sole purpose of funding gambling activity on the Platform. tpn777 is not a banking institution, and your deposited funds do not accrue interest. tpn777 holds player funds in accordance with the segregation requirements imposed by its international gaming licence.

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in order to satisfy anti-money-laundering obligations.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. tpn777 does not impose a maximum single-withdrawal limit for verified accounts; however, large withdrawal requests (above Rp 50.000.000 in a 24-hour period) may be subject to an enhanced review period of up to 24 hours.

tpn777 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• Your KYC verification has not been completed or has expired.
• There is an active investigation into suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity on your Account.
• The withdrawal would result in a negative Balance after accounting for any pending bonus wagering requirements.
• The withdrawal request appears inconsistent with your usual account activity in a manner that warrants further review.

tpn777 will notify you by email of any withdrawal delay and the reason for it, where permitted by applicable law. If a withdrawal is not processed within the stated timeframes, you should contact our support team at support@tpn777.app.

tpn777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all tpn777 promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered at least thirty (30) times the total of the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, Dragon Tiger, roulette) typically contribute 10%; sportsbook bets typically contribute 100% for pre-match markets and 50% for in-play markets. Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotional page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. If you deposit while a bonus is active, the new deposit will be credited to your real-money Balance only.
• Single Account Per Household: Bonuses are limited to one per household address, IP address, device, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account suspension.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Bonuses requiring a qualifying deposit will state a minimum deposit amount (denominated in IDR) on the promotional page. Deposits below the stated minimum will not trigger the bonus.

tpn777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. If tpn777 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has attempted to abuse a promotional offer — whether through arbitrage, bonus-hunting strategies, or coordinated play with other accounts — tpn777 may forfeit the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the Account pending review.

All wagers placed on the tpn777 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market concerned. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. Game-specific rules are accessible from within each game lobby or betting interface.

The following general principles apply across all wagerable products on the Platform:

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and market has defined minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed at the point of wager placement. tpn777 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Finality of Results: All game outcomes and sporting event results are final once officially declared. tpn777 uses certified random-number generation (RNG) technology for casino and slot products and an independent data feed for sportsbook results. Results are not subject to appeal except in cases of a demonstrable technical error.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a wager — including server disconnection, game software error, or data-feed failure — tpn777 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. No compensation beyond the voided stake will be payable.
• Sportsbook — Mix Parlay and Voor Bola Markets: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are subject to the specific sportsbook rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. Where a leg of a mix parlay is voided (e.g., a match is abandoned), that leg is removed from the accumulator and the odds recalculated accordingly.
• Togel Draw Markets: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are drawn from independent, publicly verifiable draw sources. tpn777 publishes draw results in real time within the Platform. Any discrepancy between the displayed result and the official draw result must be reported to support within 24 hours of the draw.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tpn777 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. tpn777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct and to report relevant information to the appropriate authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or to exploit promotional offers.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation technology in a deliberate attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with tpn777.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; such advantages, if realised, will be voided.
• Engaging in any conduct that could reasonably be construed as harassment, intimidation, or abuse directed at tpn777 staff or other Players.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions made to your Account balance.

All content on the tpn777 Platform — including but not limited to the tpn777 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, icons, game interfaces, software code, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of tpn777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from tpn777.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use any tpn777 trademark, trade name, or logo in any manner that could create confusion with the tpn777 brand or imply endorsement without authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to tpn777 regarding the Platform may be used by tpn777 freely and without obligation or compensation to you.

tpn777 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

In summary, tpn777 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. tpn777 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification partners) only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@tpn777.app. Certain data must be retained for a minimum period in order to comply with our licensing and anti-money-laundering obligations; we will advise you of any such retention requirements at the time of your request.

tpn777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Every registered Player has access to the following responsible gaming controls from within their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps denominated in IDR. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified continuous period.
• Loss Limits: A cap on the total amount you may lose within a defined period before your account is automatically restricted from further wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, tpn777 will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from reaching you and will decline any re-registration attempts.
• Time-Out: A short-term break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which you cannot log in or wager.

tpn777 supports 21+ only. If we have reason to believe that a Player is under 21, or that a Player's gambling behaviour indicates a potential problem, we reserve the right to impose limits or suspend the account proactively, without prior notice, while we investigate. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, tpn777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill;
• Loss or corruption of data;
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform;
• Losses arising from interruptions to, or unavailability of, the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond tpn777's reasonable control.

In all cases where tpn777 is found liable, tpn777's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total real-money deposits you have made to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 5.000.000, whichever is the lesser amount.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes tpn777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by Applicable Law.

tpn777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account, and to withhold or void any associated Balance, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where tpn777 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage;
• Your Account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity;
• You are under 21 years of age;
• A competent authority or regulatory body has issued an instruction requiring tpn777 to restrict your Account;
• Continuing to allow account activity poses a risk to tpn777's licensing obligations or regulatory standing.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support@tpn777.app. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining verified real-money Balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds not yet converted to real-money funds through completed wagering will be forfeited upon account closure.

tpn777 will retain your personal data following account closure for such period as required by Applicable Law and our licensing obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tpn777 holds its international gaming licence. tpn777 operates as an internationally licensed gambling platform and does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction, including Indonesia, where the legal status of online gambling may be subject to local restrictions.

By accessing and using the Platform, you accept that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to tpn777's customer support team for resolution by way of good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits tpn777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where such relief is necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm to the Platform or to other Players.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. tpn777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
